Our meat is top quality with nothing but 100% chicken breast in our chicken dishes, 100% topside of beef in our beef dishes, and lamb leg cut straight from the bone in our lamb dishes. We source our vegetables and fresh herbs ourselves every few days to ensure freshness and quality. So all in all you can expect the finest quality ingredients to make the finest tasting food!
