QUALITY INGREDIENTS MAKE THE BEST FOOD.................
At Cafe Indigo we believe in good food, that's why all our food is home made on the premises, and most of it is freshly cooked to order (though we do have to do some preparation before hand, like marinating our meat to give it that delicious juicy flavour). We make all our sauces and even our cheese fresh on the premises and our spice mixes are expertly blended by our chefs right here! Our meat is top quality with nothing but 100% chicken breast in our chicken dishes, nothing but 100% beef topside in our beef dishes, and nothing but lamb leg cut straight from the bone in our lamb dishes. We source our vegetables and fresh herbs ourselves every few days to ensure freshness and quality. So all in all you can expect the finest quality ingredients to make the finest tasting food!

Our A La Carte Menu is served from 12.00 noon until 2pm and 5pm 'til late (last orders taken at about 10.30pm) and is also available as a Take away service; with 20% off your bill when you pick up your order. Plus we give free poppadoms with all main course take aways!
