(Marinated chicken breast cooked in the Tandoor oven over flaming coals and served with home made Indian cheese and stir fried peppers and onions all in a light creamy sauce, very mild )

(Chicken breast pieces marinated in sauce with delicate herbs and a mix of light spices,
then baked in the traditional method on skewers over flaming charcoal, served dry)
Chicken Bhuna
(Tender chicken breast pieces in a sauce with a combination of a special blend
of spices fried together to provide a dish of medium strength, the main flavours of
tomato and garlic balance the spices perfectly)
Vegetable Dupiaza
(Onions are mixed with similar spices to those found in Bhuna and fried briskly, again garlic and tomato balance the dish. Mixed vegetables add depth of flavour and texture. Dupiaza is slightly hotter than Bhuna but still a medium spiced dish)
